Lack of personality.....

On this quick rant like blog I'm skipping the pleasantries and the exiting pleasantries as well. There will be no photos within this blog as it's mostly opinion based arguments with lack of personality with blogger managers and brands.

Everyone is always bitching about TRANSPARENCY, yet the ones bitching there being a lack of transparency is the ones that arent transparent.

What does Transparency mean?
Well, if one was to look it up and read the definition regarding it you'd get....

Now, if being "TRANSPARENT" in a business position, it basically means there are NO HIDDEN AGENDAS AND BASICALLY A NO BULLSHIT CLAUSE.

I will NOT be throwing shade nor will I be Burning the name flames but I'm most certain the guilty Blogger Managers as well as the Brands will know who they are.

You do NOT need to be a direct asshole to resident's in secondlife but there is nothing wrong with being direct and honest in a polite manor.

For Example..... I'd applied to a brand to blog his/her items for certain heads (Lelutka, Genus & Akeruka just to name a small few) and I was declined. I'm perfectly fine with the decision and I'm not angry over the decision either, but why? When I probably should be. 

Well, to be honest it is because they denied me correctly verses incorrectly and it was not condescending nor was it in a sense to be an asshole because they are a high brand. It was done honestly and politely and on a level that refers to humanity. I'll show you what was said but will not release the brands name.

They said and I quote "Blogger Rejected (So sorry, too few followers...)" and end quote.

First off they said "SO SORRY" which means they understand that it can bruise the ego and in some cases hurt a persons feelings.
THEN....
They went on to tell why in a nice way and said "too few followers".
Which, for one is TRANSPARENT....I was denied because I didn't support enough followers to suit their needs.
And for two there was no guessing games as to why I was denied.

I absolutely hate with brands and or their blogger managers or even both are lazy and just deny you without any type of reason. In some cases it can be as simple as this one here was Too Few Followers, but see if they gave a polite reason it is something that MAYBE because be fixed or corrected by the next blogger draft and the person learned something new and grew from the experience of being rejected.

It would seem that human kind has lost their empathy and compassion when dealing with others in the world regardless of day to day passerby, a business to business relationship or simply business to employee...Yes, in a sense Bloggers are employed to the brands they blog for.

While it's not a monetary payment, your still being paid by the free items you get from the brand to blog so yes its a business relationship and they can let you go at anytime just like you can quit anytime too.

Just like if you quit a brand, you need to give them a reason as to why you need or choose to resign, no matter how simple or complicated it needs done.

I know one person who trolls my blogs just so she can copy my style because she lacks a brain of her own will rolls her eyes and smart off out loud regarding this blog and that is fine, with that said she will scoff off to her sister (mother) and friends that I am a total bitch, which I am not. I'm human and I have off days as anyone else does and in some cases people are the irritant that can cause a persons mood to be grim and condescending. I'm nothing like I was when she was around before, because I don't have her motor-mouth talking non-stop and when Im speaking to another I dont have her answering for the other person. Her mouth ran non-stop and she annoyed me with the constant blabber.  I mean if youd hiccup she would have to have the last word and say "Hick" where it was not required. So, yes I was bitchy and she was the reason. But I'm not rehashing that shit because it is passed tense. I don't care....Your opinion means nothing to me.

So, basically stop bitching about TRANSPARENCY especially when you the one bitching about it can't even do it yourself.



We're still in Illinois for the time being. If the weather holds next week we will have the construction crew chosen and ready to start ground breaking on the job site. We will be here until about mid July then we will be back home. I will  be narrowing down my sponsors and keep the ones I love the most and resigning from some of them as RL is keeping me busy with Zeke and my family but with several sponsors it's hard to keep up with blogotex deadlines and RL too. I pretty much know the ones I will be resigning from but that wont happen until the first of the week. I'll be resigning from 4 (four) brands and I think one closed up if they are still in the game I'll remain a blogger for them but if they have closed it will be 5 gone from my plate and I'll be down to 4 and random blogs. I thought with Zekes lol business it would be easy and well the sad reality is, it's not. I do alot for him in RL when I'm not in SL. Which lol the ones with online checkers have seen this week I was online only 3 of 7 days. I wouldnt want it any other way though because it's my love that I'm busy doing things for and not pretending in Second Life to do things for my partner, I'm doing things in RL for my partner (who I'm partnered too in SL) and I love doing things for him.

OK, so it's time to go he wants to go get food and go see a movie at the theater so I am out the door....
